What we wire

Everything that turns Claude from a chatbot into a working assistant

Eight circuits. Most leaders need the first six; the last two come in when your team joins or when you want it kept current. Each one is labelled on the schedule we hand over, so you always know what is connected to what.

01

Projects

A workspace for each part of the business

Board and strategy, finance, sales, operations, people. Each gets its own Claude project loaded with the documents, figures and background it needs, so you stop re-explaining your company every time you ask a question.

  • A project map that mirrors how you actually run the business
  • The right reference material in each: plans, policies, price lists, past board packs
  • Clear rules on what belongs where, so sensitive material stays in the right room
02

Instructions

How you think, write and want answers

Standing instructions that tell Claude who you are, who you answer to, how you like information laid out and what it should never do. This is the single biggest difference between generic answers and useful ones.

  • Your role, your priorities and the decisions you make most often
  • Tone and format: short and direct, Canadian spelling, numbers before opinions
  • Hard limits: what it must ask before doing, and what it must never assume
03

Memory

What it should remember, and what it should not

Claude can remember context between conversations. We set that up on purpose: your key people, standing preferences and live priorities in, anything personal or sensitive out, and you know how to review and clear it.

  • A clean starting profile instead of whatever it picked up by accident
  • A simple routine for checking and pruning what it remembers
  • Settings matched to how private each part of your work needs to be
04

Connectors

Your email, calendar and files, connected carefully

Where your plan supports it, Claude can work with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack and other tools you already use. We connect what earns its place, scoped as narrowly as the job allows, and leave the rest switched off.

  • A short list of connections chosen for real tasks, not because they exist
  • The narrowest access that does the job, with read-only first where possible
  • You know exactly what is connected and how to disconnect it
05

Skills and routines

The jobs you repeat every week, written down once

The monthly board summary, the Monday numbers note, meeting prep, a first draft of a proposal in your house style. We turn the jobs you repeat into skills and saved prompts that produce the same quality every time.

  • Three to five routines built around your actual week
  • Templates in your format, with your headings and your level of detail
  • Tested on your real work before handover
06

Guardrails

Privacy, security and plain-language rules

Claude is a United States service. We walk you through where your information is processed, what your plan’s terms say about it, which settings to change, and what should never go in. We are an IT security firm first, so this part is not an afterthought.

  • Plan and settings reviewed against how you will use it
  • Multi-factor sign-in, and single sign-on where your plan offers it
  • A one-page rule sheet: what may go in, what never does, and who to ask
07

Team rollout

When the leadership team comes on board

Once it works for you, the same wiring can extend to your leadership team: shared projects, consistent instructions, admin controls on business plans and a short session for each person on how to get value from it.

  • Shared projects for the work the team does together
  • Admin settings and seats set up properly from day one
  • A 45-minute working session per person, on their own work
08

Tune-ups

Claude changes often. Your setup should keep up

New features arrive every few weeks and your business changes too. An optional monthly tune-up keeps projects current, retires what is not used and adds what has become possible.

  • A monthly check of projects, instructions and connections
  • New features explained in terms of your work, not a changelog
  • Cancel any time

What we deliberately do not do

  • Resell Claude. You buy your plan directly from Anthropic, on your own account, and we help you choose it.
  • Connect anything just because it can be connected.
  • Promise that Claude will be right. It is very good and it still makes mistakes, so we set it up to show its working and we keep a person in charge of anything that leaves the building.
  • Give legal advice. We flag privacy and regulatory questions in plain language and tell you when to ask your lawyer.

Not sure which circuits you need?

Most people are not. Tell us what you want Claude to take off your plate and we will tell you what it would take.
