How it works

A proper install, not a pep talk

We do the setup with you, on your real work, and leave behind something you can maintain. Most engagements are a handful of focused sessions over one to three weeks, scheduled around your calendar.

Step by step

Five stages

  1. 1. The walk-through

About an hour. How your week runs, the decisions you make, the documents you live in, the tools you already pay for, and the three jobs you would hand to a trusted assistant tomorrow. We also check your Claude plan, or recommend one if you do not have it yet.

  2. 2. The wiring plan

A one-page plan: which projects, which connections, which routines, and the privacy rules that go with them. You approve it before anything is switched on.

  3. 3. The install

We build it with you: projects loaded with the right material, standing instructions in your voice, memory configured on purpose, connectors scoped narrowly, and your first routines written and saved.

  4. 4. Live testing

We put your actual work through it: this month’s numbers, a real proposal, tomorrow’s meetings. Then we adjust until the output is something you would put your name to.

  5. 5. Handover

You get the panel schedule: a written record of what is set up, where, why, and how to change it. Plus a short working session so the habits stick.

What you get

At the end, you have

  • A configured Claude

Projects, instructions, memory, connectors and routines working on your own account.

  • The panel schedule

A plain-language document of the whole setup, so you or anyone you trust can maintain it.

  • A one-page rule sheet

What may go into Claude, what never does, and what to do if you are unsure.

  • Routines you will actually use

Three to five, built around the jobs you repeat every week.

After handover

Keeping it sharp

Claude gains new features every few weeks, and your business moves too. A setup that is not looked after slowly drifts back to generic.

Optional monthly tune-ups keep your projects current, retire what is not earning its place and add what has become possible. No contract lock-in; stop any time.

When the rest of your leadership team wants in, the same wiring extends to them with shared projects and proper admin settings.

The fine print

Pricing and terms

Every engagement is quoted at a fixed price after the walk-through, once we both know what is involved. No hourly surprises.

Work is delivered by KD Technical Services Inc. under the KDTS Master Services Agreement. Your Claude subscription is between you and Anthropic.
